Sturdy and cute

The chair is perfect for my little outdoor seating area. I was able to assemble the chair on my own by laying it on its side…until the last bolt. There was just no way to apply the needed force to hold the pieces together while also securing with bolt, washer and nut.

I brought 2 of these lawn chairs. They are well made and durable. My husband had no problem assembling them. I will be buying 2 more.

Nice, sturdy chairs

I bought two for my back porch because my dog kept tearing up my wicker ones. They were fairly easy for this 70-year-old woman to assemble except for the very last nut and bolt. I suggest lining it up and turning the chair on the side and sitting on it to turn that last bolt. Also, make sure the plastic nut is turned to where the head of the screw fits nicely into the concave area. Good luck! You won’t regret your purchase.

Too hard to put together

Pain the ass to put together! I think we need marriage counseling now. Now that’s it’s done I like it but if you’re not handy or a problem solver, don’t bother.

Poor Quality Control but Good Looking Sturdy Chair

I ordered four of these, two in key lime and two in aqua. The 1st one (aqua) was fairly easy to assemble by myself by putting it on a workbench with something to prop the arms and back against while putting in the bolts. The 2nd one (key lime) was missing the leg connector so I had to set that one aside. On the 3rd and 4th, the leg connectors were bent at the wrong angle, and when I went to put in the last bolt, one arm stuck out three inches from the side of the seat. To finish assembling, I had to put each chair on the ground, turn it on its side, and sit on the arm to force it into position. Then I had to reach under myself to fit the washer and nut onto the bolt. Even with two people I doubt you would be able to manually force the arm into position. Another option might be to use a tie-down strap with a ratcheting connector to pull the arm in. For the three chairs I was able to complete, they seem very sturdy. They were packed well and had no damage. However, something is off in the design or production of these chairs, as the arms are all pointed a bit inward. I think the leg connector is too wide, which forces the tops of the arms inward, giving them a bit of a cockeyed appearance. Or it may be that the chair back is a bit narrower than the seat. Crosley's website says they are currently open only four hours/day, Mon - Fri, due to covid, so I filled out their online form to report the missing part. I'll try to remember to update this review regarding their customer service and how they respond to the missing part issue.

Assembly Almost impossible

This Chair was almost impossible to assemble. One person could not assemble this chair. I almost put it in its box and returned it. I wasn't going to let a chair to beat me. After almost 2 hours chair was put together.

Gorgeous but crazy hard to assemble.

I love love love this chair. The color stuns me. I put it outside our front door and imagine people coming from near and far just to sit in it. It’s that strange and different and gorgeous. Apple green! It’s just beyond wonderful to look at. I haven’t sat in it much—but it’s comfortable enuf. However, trying to put it together? My friend and I were at fisticuffs after two hours trying. He then tried for more hours after I went to sleep. Total defeat. We both shuffled around in shame watching the guy we had to hire put it together. And even he had to have his wife use all her might holding it as he banged and cursed. He finally got it built and it cost us an extra 75 bucks. But it’s so sweet to see in front of our door.

Love them

The chairs were fairly easy to put together. Keep all the screws loose until it's put together, makes it easier to get the last screw in. You might need so eo w to help hold the chair together, then tighten down. They are very comfortable to sit in. We like to let the dogs out in the front yard and we sit in our chairs and watch all the young family's starting their day. We are semi retired and enjoy the simplier things. This chair is one of them. I love the lime green color against our red brick home. They wipe up easily and still look good. They are sturdy and rocks more and more as you sit in it. Basically you have to rock it in. ????
