New Bulbs, Less Bugs
The newer DynaTrap one acre device that uses these size bulbs now has thumbscrews to make it easier to remove the bulb holders on the two (2) bulbs that need to be replaced. Replacing the bulbs (the manufacturer recommends replacement every four (4) months of constant use), appears to increase the DynaTrap's bug catching power. [This is a subjective call because the old bulbs were still working fine and appeared to be plenty bright, but in the Summer battle against biting insects we're willing to invest in new bulbs if there's a claim the machine will work better.] There are several videos on YouTube that show how to replace the bulbs in the large DynaTrap like this model, but those videos all show the units having Phillips head screws holding the bulb-holders and they are hard to access using a regular length screwdriver - those doing the work in the videos need a "stubby" screwdriver of short length. Apparently the DynaTrap designers realized they had to make bulb replacement easier and more accessible so they changed the design, at least on this model The bulbs go right in place without difficulty and it goes back together just as easily. If you want to change out the infrared bulbs it is surprisingly quick and easy to do!

Its white not blue--OEM lasted a year
I recently purchased replacement bulbs for my Dynatrap, and the old bulbs have been working well for a whole season of continuous use. Although the bulbs are white instead of blue, DynaTrap claims that both colors emit UV light and are equally effective at attracting mosquitoes. Interestingly, after about 20 minutes of use, both white bulbs (6-Watt) started casting a blue tint, which I managed to capture in a photo. However, one minor issue --replacing the bulbs can be challenging when there are bugs around. It requires twisting the bulb and unscrewing the protective light cover, which can be tedious for people with larger hands. But once you get the hang of it, it can be done quickly.

I’ve used these bulbs for several years, replacing them every 4 months as recommended. I no longer get bitten multiple times when I am out in my yard.

Mine came in intact!
After reading about how many received broken ones I wasn’t sure how this was going to work. Thankfully mine arrived safe! They worked all summer non stop no problems. I will say they weren’t as bright as the ones that came with our dynatrap but after a little bit we were killing bugs left and right! Will purchase again!

Insect slayer supreme....!
So these are replacement bulbs for one I purchased last year...this unit is pretty indiscriminate ... kills all insects attracted to uv so expect moths in with the moezits! One small issue...hard to know when to replace them other than more bugs around...the box, instruction manual, and web site all suggest different time intervals. Replacement is a bit complex with a few extra parts in play...but can be done easily once you do it the first time...

Good product terrible delivery
Product as advertised. Intelcom delivery poor. Got notice on delivery by 8 . After 8 pm got note delivery delayed to call back in 2 days. Then a note it had been delivered at 1:27 pm but never showed up. Only pix was a scrawled na. Had to walk neighborhood to find.

Short lifespan
Received the dynatrap replacement lights on time but one of them is burnt out already. I think it lasted less than 60 hours. They are fairly expensive to have such a short life.

Did not work
I have three different bug zappers to replace the bulbs and when I replaced the first one with one of these it didn't work, so I tried the next and then the next in case it was the device. Neither Bulb worked in any of the devices. I took too long to try them out and missed the return window so I guess it's off to the recycling depot with them and I need to order new bulbs from somewhere else.

I won't recommend this to anyone's
I don't know what happens, but I don't remember when I bought it, but I started to used it last year (Dynatrap XL Model: DT2000XL), n it's worked like 90%. So this year I bought the replacement light bulb's for it, n about a week, it's doesn't seem to works, because I saw with my own eyes, the Mosquito's flew by the machine n didn't do NOTHING.... so this bulb's is crap....
