Poor manufacturing process?

The first time I ordered this I sent it back and asked for a replacement. While the product was in a perfectly sealed bag it looked considerably scuffed and had a weird thin layer of grime on it. It gave the impression that it had been used briefly and returned even though everything was sealed in a bag. So I returned it thinking it was damaged or tampered with somehow. When the replacement arrived it came out looking exactly the same!! Not sure how they're manufacturing these but it does not seem like a polished process. Shameful to send out a brand new product that looks the way this one does, but it does what it needs to and hides away in a little caddy which is what we wanted.

didn’t bring stick for plunger

The media could not be loaded. I love the bran the quality. It just didn’t bring the stick for the plunger and I’m not going to say it’s a horrible product. It’s a simple mistake I just how they’re able to help get the stick for the other plunger

Sent a used plunger

The media could not be loaded. Was sent a used plunger. The safety seals on it were already messed up. Opened it up anyways and saw white gunk on the plunger head. Doesn't smell like feces luckily, just burnt plastic. Hard Pass. I'll just return and buy a plunger in store
