I highly recommend checking the sizing chart for this jacket and comparing it to your child's current height. It fit as expected 100%, but I wish I had gotten it in a size bigger, as my son was close to the height limit for the size that I purchased. He fit in it well for a couple of months, though, and it was our favorite jacket/coat of his at the time.
