Years Later-Still Awesome!
This luggage has taken a beating and still looks beautiful. I especially love a few of the features. The extra handle on the outside. The way the inside strap tightens and expands. And the SELF REPAIRING ZIPPER!!! That was a lifesaver when I was on a trip and accidentally overpacked. After looking at probably hundreds of carryons, I am so glad this is the one I own!

Pretty, but cheap materials
I liked the pattern, but honestly was surprised at how it lacks in durability. If you press on it you feel like a little more and you could dent it. Not sure how it will hold up for my trip, but expecting that it will not last through many trips before being dented. The material feels very cheap for the price point, disappointed and thinking about returning. Going to visit TJ Maxx to compare durability with the materials of what their carry on's have to see if it's much better or comparable.

It’s a hard case luggage which is study but add a little weight but it was perfect to match the Bebe check in luggage

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with you because I am not the suitcase I should have and I had paid It is proven to be different in color externally, and also internally the case is different. The shoe case is not available in December 2019 I was in New York and I had bought the immediately larger size from the Macys store. but unfortunately there was no spinner 21. so I decided to buy it from amazon. You realize that I immediately noticed the difference.
