My 8-year-old who is considered tall for her age fits in this

My 8-year-old and 6 year old who are both tall for their age can fit in this house comfortably. It is higher than others on Amazon.

Not perfect but good fun

Knowing this product was made to go in the recycling bin after Christmas made it less dramatic that one or two of the slots didn't line up with the tabs. Sturdy enough for some rowdy kids to go in and out of it during the Xmas party, plus a few more weeks of coloring until it was taking up too much space and had to go. Good for all ages! Get washable markers!

Fun for the kids !

To me the assembly was not that easy. I had to use tape to hold the flaps and folds. But, everyone all ages enjoyed coloring it. It's so big you can easily keep kids busy for an hour or more!

Santa's Helper

This was a GREAT BUY. Assembled and had it waiting to be discovered on the first day of vacation, after school. Essentially a giant craft project, it provided hours (weeks) of creative fun, playtime and a wonderful "distraction" while the elves and Santa hustled to pull off the yearly Christmas miracle. My then 9 YO loved having her own "Christmas Hideaway" to decorate both inside and out (complete with mini tree!), to fill with her toys & stuffies, play in, watch movies & play games on her iPad, wrap her own secret "gifts," etc. (The dogs also adopted and escaped into it. Lol.) Santa even hid gifts inside and put tiny presents beneath her tree! A huge hit. She was so attached to it, we had to secretly break it down and recycle it in March (dilapidated at that point, can't be re-used unless your child is a Zen master/saint), much to her dismay. Hack: reinforce seams/edges/connector flaps with clear Gorilla tape, for added durability. Now it's late November and she keeps asking: "When does my Gingerbread house arrive?" This Santa's Helper Hideaway (read = extra time for you, mom) is worth every penny.

So much fun

Pretty impressed with this. Big enough for my 6 and 4 year old to play in. And despite them rough housing in it it’s still intact! Definitely going to need really good markers because there’s so much to color and the cardboard really sucks up the ink. Or you could use paint. Easier to put together if you had an extra person but was able to do it alone. Would definitely recommend.

My grandsons will LOVE it!!

My grandsons received the Halloween version and had so much fun, so I'm in the process of painting and using Sharpies on the Christmas Gingerbread House. So cute and a fun project. You will need a lot of room to spread it out, and it will take some time to get it done, but I'm using Sharpies on the smaller details and acrylic paint with foam brushes for the larger areas. I'm halfway done and it looks GREAT! It will be in my grandson's classroom at Christmastime and the kiddos will have a ball playing in and around it!

Get it if it’s on sale

The media could not be loaded. Got this on sale for prime day. Gave it to my kids 2 weeks before Xmas on purpose. Why? Cause I knew they would destroy it. It was fun to colour together (I enjoyed it too!) and the kids had fun playing with it. If I had to pay $50, I would be annoyed, but I paid $24 so I was happy even though it lasted 2 weeks lol

Les enfants ADORE cette cabane en carton. Joie, bonheur, magie, il est le cadeau de noël avec lesquels ils ont le plus jouer haha une simple boîte en maison ❤️ Je recommande fortement!

Great indoor activity for kids.

Super cute! Kids love it. Hours of activity. Adults got in on the colouring too. My daughter is 8 and son is 3 so it's not always easy to find activities they enjoy together. This did the trick

Super fun!

Super fun for kids who like arts and crafts. Very large in size. Due to the fact this is cardboard the corners that intertwine can tear so when assembling or transporting you should be careful.
