Good Product but increasing cost hurts value

I bought these boots to wear when walking the dog through puddles in the spring. They are great for that purpose. But I am not sure they are a good value anymore. I purchased mine in March 2020 for $68. Then I purchased a pair for my son-in-law in October 2022 and the cost increased to $75. The boots were larger than the size he normally wears and had to be exchanged. I was able to return them but only received a $60 credit since I purchased too far ahead as a Christmas gift and was "outside the return window". I repurchased in January 2023 but another price increase to $89. Good boots but too expensive now.

Solid construction , completely waterproof .

Good for all year wear , warm in winter and your feet don't sweat in the summer .

Good boot.

A year in and they continue to work well. I wear them outside almost every day spring, fall and winter. No cracking to speak of. The one issue I found was with the insoles, they had too much arch support. A pair of hardware store insoles resolved it.

Best Muck Shoes

I am a farmer and wear muck shoes all the time. I got these on sale and was concerned about the red stripe. However there was no red stripe so they look normal. I want to rave about how comfortable they are - I normally take out the insoles and put in Dr Sholes athletic support insoles. Not even needed! The insole that comes with these is very thick and supportive. The Cushioning and support in these shoes rival tennis shoes and are more comfortable than a 5 star rating can describe. They are easy to don and doff and have great grip as well as a nice heel. They currently beat out my other much shoes around the garden spaces and farm. There is a pro and con to the tread, the tread is deep and so it gives great traction but an track in mud. For the Price I was amazed and have been very satisfied.

Pretty good

I wanted an easy slide on rain shoe for camping as I’m in and out during set up of popup camper and in general. Crocs would be the obvious, but I wanted something with a little more heel, but not too much that I had to bend down to put on. This isn’t quite that and think maybe Crocs is better choice. But these are solid. Rain protection for sure. Two problems: The bending crease hurt my foot after wearing them for a week. Maybe that’ll loosen up. They’re heavy, really solid real sole on these. Probably 3x a Croc weight. But tons of grippy traction patterns so I have no fears of sliding around. Overall decent

Have Bog boots for hunting and snow first of all and like them very much. Tanks for the feet. Bought these for around the house and wow, very comfortable, water proof, and great for winter Great fit, no slip and no regrets

Great waterproof shoes for all seasons!

My previous pair lasted several years, after almost everyday use; spring/summer/autumn in the garden and walking the dog and winter walking the dog. These are a great replacement and I expect them to last for several years keeping my feet dry and comfortable.

Cracked after 5 months

My previous Bogs were the Urban Walker, which was a seriously excellent shoe. I wore them several times a week over 5 winters, and only tossed them when the sole began to wear through. So I naturally went back to Bogs for the Sauvies to replace them, even though they're a much uglier shoe. I noticed the poor reviews, but figured I'd take my chances. The good: more comfortable than my Urban Walkers. The bad: both shoes developed serious cracks over the big toe joint after only 5 months of use. The worse: I didn't even use them as frequently over this winter as I had the Urban Walkers in past winters. I'm now dealing with Bogs warranty department, but I'm afraid they're just going to want to send me a replacement pair, and I have zero interest in getting these again. Believe the bad reviews: these are garbage.

Don't bother!

Ordered a full size larger than normal and still too small. The biggest problem is I believe a design fault in the slip on hole, this is far too small and so tight it seriously restricted the circulation to my feet! Also it cost me £6.05 to return these shoes and this postage has not been refunded by IFL store as indicated on the return. Poor all round.

Perfect shoes for snow and rainy days

Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. They are true to size and have great traction. Perfect for Canadian winters when you don't want to wear big boots!
