Confident that these fit and work
I have had nurses during the pandemic that said, “You are wearing one that might protect you.” The straps around the back of the head make they a little more difficult to put on, but once it is on, it holds the mask in place and keeps the edges sealed. There is a metal piece at the nose that lets you form the top edge of the mask to match your nose. The mask is shaped, so it doesn’t inhibit your breathing. I wear these when every I expect to be close to people outside my home and so far, I haven’t gotten sick.

Staples manageable, rubber band tolerable, pungent smell can be aired out, all-in-all a decent mask.
Reading many reviews here, maybe I'm in the minority, but, I do find the masks to be decent and tolerable to use. The rubber bands are not ear looped, but, I find these rubber bands that you put over your head to be the safest in terms of how it sits on your face. Maybe my facial structure is one reason why these masks sit well on mine. I have average size earlobes but many of the earloops on the kn95s and the non-surgical flat masks tend to irritate my ears after having them on for about an hour or two, and as a result, I've suffered from sore ear lobes often. The fact that I can put the bands over my head without it hurting my ears is a benefit to me. The nose strap stays on my nose well. I don't find it uncomfortable at all. I know some have complained about that, but, again...i just speak for myself. Not everyone has the same facial structure or average sized lobes. The smell is, and I agree with many on here, super pungent upon opening it from the individual wrapper. A bit like licorice (if you're into that. Mmmmm, licorice scented masks. *snaps out of it* NO! EEEWWWW!!). I'm not a fan of licorice, honestly. Whatever chemical they sprayed on this mask, it does get to you if you hate the smell. Best thing to do is leave it open upon removing it from the wrapper and let it sit in the open air for a few hours. I find that spraying a bit of lemon or lavender essential oils mixed with a bit of isopropyl alcohol on the inside helps deodorize it. Hand sanitizer spray works just as well, but just spray 2 or 3 times. Don't overspray it. (I use a small 50mL bottle with about 10-15 drops of essential oil and fill the bottle with about 2/3 alcohol. Shake well. And you only need 2 sprays at most. 3 is fine, BUT, DON'T overspray or you'll wear out the mask! Let it sit cone side pointed up for 1 hour.) The staples holding the bands aren't my concern. The staples are well flattened (at least mines were). If you're in doubt, you can always remove it with a staple claw and then you can re-staple the bands from the inside of mask with the teeth of the staple puncturing outward. Problem solved. So, all in all, it is a decent and tolerable mask to wear. I'm already on my 20th mask. I did count them and mine came with all 50 masks. It might be time consuming for many to adjust the way this mask can be worn but if you have the patience to spray it to remove the pungent licorice-y smell or remove and re-staple the bands, then kudos to you.

I need to wear them over a cloth mask, or they fog my eyeglasses
I bought them for a great Black Friday price, but the masks are not as great as I expected them to be. They come folded in half, each in its own plastic bag, which seems wasteful, and they fog my eyeglasses unless I put a cloth mask on first, then the 3M N95 afterward. Using the N95 by itself or putting the cloth mask on over the N95 results in fogged eyeglasses, too.

Basic mask could be improved
Not as comfortable as I would have wanted. I like the straps that go on top of the head, but they do break after several uses. Also the nose adjustment is not padded and hurts after a while. There are better masks.

How to use this mask
Bought these because I wanted a solid brand, and 3M always has good product quality. However, these are tight and stink — which made me wonder if they were genuine. I talked to our corporate doctor. He gave me a link to a page showing markings on a genuine mask. These matched. So not fakes. But they were too tight. So I found if you stretch the elastic — which is not latex— they get looser. But remember you should wear them snug so air doesn’t leak. I also found that the hard crease in the metal bar will leave an air gap and fog your glasses. To fix this, flatten the metal, then bend over your finger for a more rounded shape like most noses. In addition, there are videos on how to place this mask on your face. It takes both hands. After a bit of practice, no leaks. It fits very well. So, it still stinks. I hung them on a delicate clothes hanger for several days where air could circulate around them. It took 3-4 days to get 98% of the smell out. Put them in batches of 10 in quart size ziplock bags. I had to do them 10 at a time as that is what the hanger would hold. Problem solved. Warning - no good N-95 mask will be super comfortable. Do you want protection or comfort? If you want comfort, don’t waste your money. Get some cheap cloth masks or those medical blue. If you want protection, buy these. But you have to hang tough and wear it like a pro.

Not great for glasses wearers, not comfortable for long periods of time.
These do seal up when worn correctly, though the nose bridge aluminum piece does make you doubt it's making a full seal. When wearing these in the workplace, I found myself having to switch back and forth between my 3M 6300 half-mask respirator and this one to alleviate the discomfort of wearing it as it really digs into the skin in an unpleasant way. Still, they're meant to be effective protection and that does mean sacrificing comfort in a lot of ways. I would say they start getting uncomfortable around 1-2 hours, and that got unbearable around 4 hours. They also don't have a direction for the exhale, so your glasses will still fog up. I do like the behind-the-head elastic more than behind-the-ears elastic, and I know why it's so tight, I just wish there was some way to have this level of protection without the level of long-term discomfort.

Individually packed
Fit well, seem to work well for dust, and I didn't know they'd be individually packed. Really like that as dust infiltrated every corner of my workshop, yet doesn't get on the masks until they come out of their wrapper.

Excelente producto
Me encantó, es muy anatómico y se ajusta perfectamente a la cara. Cuando compraba otras marcas chinas como best trading tenía que usar una cinta ajustadora y doble cubrebocas pero con este producto no es necesario. En relación a las personas que mencionan que este producto tiene un olor a químicos o un olor desagradable considero que son unos exagerados, es normal que tenga un olor el cual para nada es molesto. Comparándolo con otras marcas se siente que filtra correctamente y el precio lo vale.

Olor químico muy fuerte No tienen termoformada la línea vertical entre la nariz y la barbilla y entonces se pegan a la boca y no se puede respirar bien, parecen originales, nunca me había tocado un cubrebocas con este olor químico

Recomendable, buen material, de calidad, en mi opinión son originales y no replicas, vienen en su bolsa individual, sin duda los seguiré adquiriendo por este medio ya que son más accesibles económicamente.
