Cheap but, cute

Good for a quick party. Quite fragile yet really cute. Served the purpose at a small party.

No complaints here. They were exactly what I thought they would be. Easily broken but that's what happens with paper and cardboard. The kids loved them.

Adorable hipster kitties

Grab them! These are sooo cute! Bought them for my daughter who wanted a Gabby themed party but she really liked the look of these cats. They are cute and whimsical. We used the matching plates too and it was a hit.

Great party favor. Best part is it doesn’t make that awful noise like most of these do. Haha! I’m not about to send noisy party favors home to annoy the parents. Haha

not the best quality, but will do.

These are NOT noisemakers, and are a little tight to unfurl, so they didn't get the higher marks. They're good for quick fun and the characters are cute. That is actually what attracted me to these over others, but the fall off way too easy - still not too bad.
