these were great! my first one got messed up because I only fanned out one side so it pulled the center out unevenly. To fix that, when you first start, make sure the string in truely in the middle and tight. then fan out both sides just a little, to help hold the string in the middle. that way when your fanning out one side hard, the other side will be holding in place because its partly open so wont pull out. For a different look, I cut the tips on some of them, rounding them instead of leaving them pointy, to me they looked much cleaner. You can change sizing too, by undoing the string and refolding the folds to be smaller, then tie the string back on. cut the paper to be shorter then fan out. you will have different sizes. these pre made kits are perfect for the beginner. I have now made so many Im making them without the kits now, it doesnt take long to get good at them. They do take time though so if your needing them by a specific time, and youve never done them before, DO NOT wait untill the day of your event, get then done a days or two before.

fluffy blue poms

These were a very lovely decoration for a baby boy shower we had. They are a tiny bit tricky to put together... take your time and be careful when fluffing them out... you'll be fine. They arrive flat. The colors represented are accurate and are what we got. A selection of sizes and colors. Used them all. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Cute once all the work was done

I was saddend by how these came. I thought they would be easier to put together and they were not. They came like a single line and you had to pull all the tissues apart and then try and fluff them. I did not realize this and did them the day of the baby shower. Frustrated did not cover how I felt. Once they were all pulled and fluffed they looked great.

A little hard to open

We struggled some getting these to open to proper size and look. Ended up ripping most of them. However, despite our problems, they did look nice and we could hide our mistakes

Super cute - low fuss!

Super cute. I had these shipped to my brother to put up as decorations for a virtual baby shower we held for his wife. It looks adorable and festive without too much fuss for him. She has family/friends all over the world so the virtual baby shower was a GREAT plan. I also sent paper plates and napkins - plus snacks. Thank you Amazon for easy shopping!

Very cute

These pom poms were very cute! I used them to decorate at my baby shower and they were the perfect accent. I assembled them the night before because it takes awhile to fluff them up. Be careful and take your time so you won't rip the paper. Pretty simple and very lovely, though!

They break and tear extremely easy.

I would not order these again, it took us forever to put them together. You have to pull apart little pieces of tissue paper and seperate and twist them. They break and tear extremely easy.

Schönes Produkt, jedoch arbeitsintensiv

Ich habe diese "Dekobälle" für eine Geburtstagsdeko bestellt. Sie riefen allgemeine Bewunderung hervor. Die Farben entsprechen jenen auf dem Bild. Die Lieferung erfolgte umgehend und sehr schnell. Bei der Bestellung sollte man jedoch darauf achten, dass man vor einer Verwendung noch einiges an Zeit und Arbeit in das Produkt investieren muss. So ist das Material (sehr dünnes Papier) bei Erhalt zusammengefaltet. Es liegt an einem selbst, die einzelnen Schichten auseinanderzuzupfen und in regelmäßigen Abständen für die Kugelform zu platzieren. Bei dem ersten Versuch hatte ich bei dem Auseinanderziehen der Papierblätter nicht weit genug unten angesetzt, sodass der Ball am Ende etwas Ei-förmig war. Schade war auch, dass die Bastelanleitung nicht auf Deutsch, sondern u.a. in Englisch war. Kleine Bilder helfen jedoch. Insgesamt ein schönes Produkt, wegen des arbeitsintensiven Aufbaus und der Tatsache, dass man für die Kugelform etwas Übung braucht, gibt es von mir nur drei Sterne.

Ist sehr dünn

Sieht toll aus, dass zusammen Basteln war etwas schwierig da das Material sehr dünn ist und mir bei leichtem ziehen immer wieder gerissen ist. Aber durch das ganze zickzack sieht man die stellen zum glück nicht.
