Not any warmer than other running tights I have. Hard to get tights on over feet because bottom of leggings is very tight but rest of legging fits fine.

The 2XU Women's Hyoptik Mid-Rise Thermal Compression Tights are excellent for muscle compression. When doing physical activity, these offer super tight compression support for the calf muscles, quad, glutes and hamstrings. The tights have a highly reflective logos on the legs for better visibility when wearing these in low light. Now, I feel a little better about running as it's getting dark now that daylight savings time has kicked in. As with any compression garment the fit is REALLY tight, so it will take a little bit of effort getting these on the first time. The fit if nice and streamlined and looks great on. The sizing chart provided is pretty accurate - so use that to decide your size based on height and weight. There are so many benefits to using these compression tights: Flat lock seam to reduce chafe Improved blood circulation Provides great warmth Faster recovery Reduces fatigue Increased muscle compression Improved performance Overall these are really great compression tights, I do notice a difference when wearing them. I stay warm and my legs don't tire out as fast when running. I received this from the seller to try and test in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
